Unlike most HVAC contractors, we install all mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal work for HVAC projects in-house, which means we have the ultimate control over quality, cost, and schedule. Our piping and sheet metal departments work together to coordinate seamless design and installation for our customers. By fabricating the majority of our own ductwork, we can guarantee that our products meet all American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards and specifications.
Strategic Mechanical’s in-house fabrication craftsman, superior field installation teams combined with our proven engineering and project management divisions, enables us to deliver complex and challenging projects on schedule and within budget. We can quickly move a project from the take-off and estimating stage, to detailed project budget, through BIM modeling and fabrication. All of our services can be performed as the prime contractor, or as a subcontractor.
